These Terms of Service govern your use of the AISniperSignals application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
AISniperSignals is a rule-based, machine-learning-assisted SIGNAL ANALYSIS TOOL for the cryptocurrency market, for commodity instruments traded on crypto exchanges (gold, silver, oil, natural gas) and for TradFi tokenized stocks. The App:
- Does not connect to any of your exchange accounts
- Does not and cannot place any buy/sell order on your behalf
- All figures it provides (Stop-Loss, Take-Profit, entry price, etc.) are PURELY ATR-based mathematical formulas, NOT personalized investment advice
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account, and for the security of your account (including not sharing your password).
- The App is offered in a two-tier model: Free and Pro
- Every new account that verifies its email address receives a ONE-TIME 3-day free Pro trial. When the trial expires the account automatically reverts to the Free plan; no payment is taken and no cancellation is required
- Pro subscription is purchased monthly, quarterly or yearly via Google Play / App Store
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Cancellation is done through your Google Play / App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Prices are set in Google Play / App Store and may change without prior notice (in accordance with applicable law)
You may not use the App to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the service
- Overload the API with automated bots
- Transfer or sell your account to others
No content in the App (scores, signals, ATR-based calculations) constitutes investment advice, brokerage activity, or personalized financial advice. All investment decisions are entirely your own responsibility. See the Disclaimer for details.
The App's design, code, algorithms, and branding belong to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
The App is provided "as is." No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or any specific outcome of the analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time; you will be notified in-app of material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

No content in AISniperSignals (including scores, "BUY"/"SELL" labels, Stop-Loss/Take-Profit levels, Fear & Greed Index, ML predictions) constitutes investment advice, brokerage service, or personalized financial advice.
HOW IT IS GENERATED
All scores in the App are based on predefined rules applied identically to everyone (multi-timeframe analysis, retest detection, on-chain data) and a statistical machine learning model. Entry/Stop-Loss/Take-Profit figures are PURELY an ATR (Average True Range)-based mathematical formula — it does NOT know or consider your personal risk tolerance, portfolio, or financial situation.
PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS
The "win rate" and statistics shown in the App are results that have ALREADY occurred, verified against real market data — but this does NOT mean future results will be the same. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable.
RISK WARNING
Trading cryptocurrencies, commodity derivatives and tokenized stocks carries high risk, including the risk of losing all invested capital. Only trade with amounts you can afford to lose. It is recommended you consult an independent, licensed financial advisor before making decisions.
LIMITATIONS OF THE MODEL
The machine learning component is a learning system that continuously calibrates itself against REAL market outcomes; it is not perfect or error-free. The system may be wrong when market conditions change suddenly (e.g., unexpected news events).
RESPONSIBILITY
Any financial decision you make based on information in this App, and any resulting profit or loss, is ENTIRELY YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY. AISniperSignals and its developer cannot be held liable for any financial loss arising from use of the App.

AISniperSignals, kripto para piyasasını, kripto borsalarında işlem gören emtia enstrümanlarını (altın, gümüş, petrol, doğal gaz) ve TradFi tokenize hisseleri analiz eden, kural tabanlı ve makine öğrenmesi destekli bir SİNYAL ANALİZ ARACIDIR. Uygulama:
- Hiçbir borsa hesabınıza bağlanmaz
- Sizin adınıza hiçbir alım/satım emri vermez veya veremez
- Sunduğu tüm rakamlar (Stop-Loss, Take-Profit, giriş fiyatı vb.) SADECE ATR bazlı matematiksel formüllerdir, kişiselleştirilmiş yatırım tavsiyesi DEĞİLDİR
Bu uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmanız gerekir.
Hesap oluştururken doğru bilgi vermekle yükümlüsünüz. Hesap güvenliğinizden (şifrenizi kimseyle paylaşmamak dahil) siz sorumlusunuz.
- Uygulama, Ücretsiz (Free) ve Pro olmak üzere iki katmanlı bir modelle sunulur
- E-posta adresini doğrulayan her yeni hesaba, BİR KEZE MAHSUS 3 günlük ücretsiz Pro denemesi tanımlanır. Deneme süresi dolduğunda hesap kendiliğinden Ücretsiz plana döner; herhangi bir ödeme alınmaz ve iptal etmeniz gerekmez
- Pro abonelik aylık, 3 aylık veya yıllık olarak Google Play / App Store üzerinden satın alınır
- Abonelikler, iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir
- İptal işlemi Google Play / App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yapılır; iptal, mevcut faturalama döneminin sonunda geçerli olur
- Fiyatlar Google Play / App Store üzerinde belirlenir ve önceden bildirilmeden değişebilir (yürürlükteki yasal düzenlemelere uygun şekilde)
Uygulamayı şu amaçlarla kullanamazsınız:
- Hizmeti tersine mühendislikle çözmeye çalışmak
- Otomatik botlarla API'ye aşırı yük bindirmek
- Hesabınızı başkalarına devretmek/satmak
Uygulamadaki hiçbir içerik (skorlar, sinyaller, ATR bazlı hesaplamalar) yatırım danışmanlığı, aracılık faaliyeti veya kişiye özel finansal tavsiye teşkil etmez. Tüm yatırım kararları tamamen sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Ayrıntılar için Sorumluluk Reddi metnine bakınız.
Uygulamanın tasarımı, kodu, algoritmaları ve markası bize aittir. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, dağıtamaz veya türev çalışma oluşturamazsınız.
Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz durumunda hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Siz de istediğiniz zaman hesabınızı silebilirsiniz.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Piyasa analizinin doğruluğu, kesintisizliği veya belirli bir sonucu garanti edilmez. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız.
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bilgilendirileceksiniz.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

NASIL ÜRETİLİYOR
Uygulamadaki tüm skorlar, önceden tanımlanmış, herkese aynı şekilde uygulanan kurallara (çoklu zaman dilimi analizi, retest tespiti, on-chain veriler) ve istatistiksel bir makine öğrenmesi modeline dayanır. Giriş/Stop-Loss/Take-Profit rakamları, SADECE ATR (Average True Range) bazlı matematiksel bir formüldür — kişisel risk toleransınızı, portföyünüzü veya mali durumunuzu HİÇ bilmez ve dikkate almaz.
GEÇMİŞ PERFORMANS GELECEĞİ GARANTİ ETMEZ
Uygulamada gösterilen "kazanma oranı" ve istatistikler, GEÇMİŞTE gerçekleşmiş, gerçek piyasa verisiyle doğrulanmış sonuçlardır — ama bu, gelecekteki sonuçların aynı olacağı anlamına GELMEZ. Kripto para piyasaları son derece oynak ve öngörülemezdir.
RİSK UYARISI
