Yol 1 — Uygulama içinden (anında)

  1. Uygulamayı açın
  2. Ayarlar → Hesabım
  3. En alttaki Hesabımı Sil bağlantısına dokunun
  4. Parolanızı girin (Google ile giriş yaptıysanız SİL yazın)

Hesabınız anında ve kalıcı olarak silinir. Bekleme süresi yoktur.

Yol 2 — E-posta ile talep

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız aisnipersignals@outlook.com adresine hesabınızın e-posta adresinden yazın.

Talebi en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırıp size bilgi veririz. Kimlik doğrulaması için talebin, hesabın kayıtlı olduğu adresten gelmesi gerekir.

Silinen veriler

Hesap silindiğinde şunlar kalıcı olarak silinir ve geri alınamaz:

  1. Hesabınız (e-posta adresi, parola özeti, üyelik bilgisi)
  2. Favori/izleme listeniz
  3. Bildirim kayıtlarınız (cihaz belirteçleri) — silinen hesaba bir daha bildirim gitmez
  4. Manuel analiz kullanım sayacınız
  5. Parola sıfırlama ve e-posta doğrulama kayıtlarınız

Silinmeyen veriler

Sistemin ürettiği sinyal geçmişi silinmez, çünkü bu kayıtlar hesabınıza bağlı değildir ve hiçbir kişisel veri içermez — yalnızca sembol, fiyat, skor ve zaman bilgisi taşırlar. Bunlar sistemin kendi ölçüm geçmişidir ve anonim istatistiksel özet olarak saklanır.

Yasal olarak saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar (varsa fatura/ödeme kayıtları) ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca tutulur.

Delete My Account

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

  1. Open the app
  2. Settings → My Account
  3. Tap Delete My Account at the bottom
  4. Enter your password (or type DELETE if you signed in with Google)

Your account is deleted immediately and permanently. There is no waiting period.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email aisnipersignals@outlook.com from the address registered to your account.

We will complete the request and notify you within 30 days at the latest. The request must come from the registered address so we can verify identity.

Data that is deleted

The following are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered:

  1. Your account (email address, password hash, subscription details)
  2. Your favourites / watchlist
  3. Your notification records (device tokens) — no further notifications are sent
  4. Your manual-analysis usage counter
  5. Your password-reset and email-verification records

Data that is not deleted

The signal history produced by the system is not deleted, because these records are not linked to your account and contain no personal data — only symbol, price, score and timestamp. They are the system's own measurement history and are retained as anonymous statistical summaries.

Records we are legally required to keep (billing/payment records, where applicable) are retained for the period required by law.
